My DREU mentor here at University of Florida is Dr. Juan E Gilbert. Dr. Juan E. Gilbert is an accomplished student of Computational Science. Some of his biggest career goals and research projects consist of the "Presidential Award for Excellence in Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Mentoring (PAESMEM)", The 2005, Black Engineer of the Year Special Recognition Award Recipient, and the "Prime3" software. With over 45 publications and awards behind him, Dr.Juan E. Gilbert is undoubtably a distinguished member of the computational science society.
